TEC Partnership is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive environment where all learners can learn and thrive—because the welfare of our students is our highest priority, and safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

All staff, volunteers, and contractors are bound by our Safeguarding Policy and share a duty of care to:

• Maintain a secure space for all students, staff, and visitors.
• Actively promote student welfare and mental well-being.
• Identify any student experiencing abuse or harm—whether at college, at home, or in relationships—and immediately escalate concerns to our designated safeguarding team.

Reporting A Concern

The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. If you have a concern about a child’s safety or welfare, please report it immediately using the appropriate channel below.

Parents, Carers, and Students  – You can raise a concern by calling or texting our dedicated safeguarding team on 07920 860 241 , emailing [email protected], or speaking to a member of the safeguarding team in person at the main office.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am: 4.30pm

Staff Members – All staff concerns must be logged directly through Record My.
