At The Academy Grimsby, we nurture creativity and celebrate difference. And our performing arts studio is certainly one of the most creative spaces on campus, where difference is celebrated through a varied syllabus that includes:

• Working with industry professionals
• Taking part and directing live performances
• Attending West End productions and taking part in workshops with the performers
• Theory-based work as well as practical projects in acting, singing, dancing

We are also committed to offering a range of technical and professional qualifications and Performing Arts will appeal to a wide variety of students who will not only see a potential career in the industry but will also find this pathway a boost to confidence and the development of personal skills.

We prepare learners to become well-rounded performers, but also give them the confidence and skills needed to succeed in any career path!
